Last September we announced the re-launch of CasinoCoin (CSC), and the establishment of a new Foundation, located on the Isle of Man, to support the coin’s development. Today, we are excited to announce we have opened a second CasinoCoin Foundation office in Malta.
This is an important step for us; as we continue to refine the development of the Bankroll Manager (BRM) Wallet app, it’s all hands on deck to create strong and long lasting relationships with gaming regulators and operators. Malta is considered one of the top online gaming regulatory jurisdictions in Europe, with many of the world’s top operators headquartered on this Mediterranean island; so it makes perfect sense for us to establish a presence there.
Does this change anything in respect to our relationship with the Isle of Man? No. The IOM government has been very supportive of CasinoCoin, and only last month hosted us at ICE in London. We will continue to maintain a presence there, and particularly value the help of the IOM Department for Enterprise and Gambling Supervision Commission thus far, and look forward to further collaboration with them in the future.
It’s been a busy few months for the CasinoCoin team. The main focus has been to develop our product suite – of which we recently launched our mobile wallet for Android. Don’t worry, iPhone users, we haven’t forgotten about you, please sit tight! Development of the BRM continues and we’re excited for the next stage which includes live trials of the technology with potential gaming partners. We can’t say much more than that for now except to watch this space.
Another key focus has been to establish CasinoCoin’s authentic and legitimate approach, as a project with a vision to improve and complement an entire industry. We believe our product is one that will significantly improve the experience of gaming customers, and provide a complementary service to gaming operators. Working with key online gaming jurisdictions such as the Isle of Man and Malta, and others in time, is a key step in the process of turning CasinoCoin from simply an idea into a fully functioning ecosystem and product that benefits customers and operators alike. We’re happy with the progress we’ve made so far, but we are aware that we have a long road ahead.
