Estimated reading time: 1 min

In a production environment we suggest the following minimum specs for a node:

4 cores, 16GB RAM, 40GB SSD, 1Gbit connection, Ubuntu18.04

The system can be bare-metal or virtualized.

In order to save disk space we suggest to only store the last 100k ledgers unless there is a real need for a full history rather than relying on a Full History Node.

Preparing the system

sudo apt update -y && sudo apt upgrade -y && sudo apt dist-upgrade && sudo apt install software-properties-common net-tools ufw htop -y
wget -q -O - https://repository.casinocoin.org/repo/KEY.gpg | sudo apt-key add -
sudo add-apt-repository 'deb https://repository.casinocoin.org/repo /'
sudo apt-get update

Install the daemon
